To start this intense fishing season well, Jacopo chose Lake Okeechobee. This wonderful body of water, almost in the center of Florida, covers an area of approximately 1890 km² and is the third largest freshwater lake in the United States.
The name Okeechobee comes from the language of Native Americans and simply means “Big Water” (from oki, “water,” and chubi, “big”). However, in modern slang, it is often called “The big O.”
During the test phase, Jacopo had good results fishing fast with Chatterbait and Swimmjig and even better fishing on a rock structure with a deep crank.

Even in America, this deadly Latin phrase has been confirmed.
Because if you want to attribute a new homeland to Jacopo after Italy, you could not choose other than Guntersville, where he decided to take up residence in this incredible professional sports adventure. And the tournament on the home lake did not go as hoped.

After the difficult years of the pandemic, Jacopo was able to continue his professional experience finally in the company of his wife Federica and faithful Jago.
For 2023 Jacopo has thus planned a course through a very intense series of competitive events that will lead him to travel thousands of miles here and there across america.
It will therefore be a question of tackling 4 different circuits, such as 6 of the MLF Tackle Warehouse Invitational, 6 of the MLF Toyota Series, 6 of the MLF Bass Fishing League and 1 of the Bassmaster Open for a total of 19…

Once again this season, Jacopo comes one step away from the top 10, ranking 19th on the St. Lawrence River (Massena, NY), the last stop of the MLF Toyota Series, Northern Division.
With just one tournament to go, the 2022 season could be defined as excellent if it weren’t for the fact that almost achieving another feat still leaves a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth.
On Day 1, he started off very well, bringing in a weight of 21.06 pounds. Fishing with ease using a technique that allowed him to scrape the bottom while drifting with the current of the river.
For this excellent result, which placed him in…
